During peak periods or sales, dispatch may take an additional day.


Shipping Within Australia

We offer:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post): approx. 3–8 business days

Express Shipping (Australia Post): approx. 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on a flat rate.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s cost.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel seems lost, contact us at hello@berniesboutique.com.au and we will open an investigation with Australia Post.
Orders marked “Delivered” by Australia Post may not be eligible for replacement.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to hello@berniesboutique.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
